DialSwarm vs Nooks

Updated October 2026

Nooks and DialSwarm both use AI to help sales teams have more conversations. Nooks is a broad AI sales engagement platform: parallel dialing, plus sequencing, signals, coaching and data. DialSwarm is focused on one job: an AI agent makes the first call to your consented leads, qualifies them and warm transfers ready people to a rep.

Nooks details below come from its public pricing page, checked on October 17, 2026.

The short version

If you are a revenue team that wants one platform for dialing, email sequences, buying signals and rep coaching, Nooks covers a lot of ground. If you are a small team that wants AI to take the tedious first calls, with a published price and no sales call to get started, DialSwarm is simpler.

How they price

Nooks asks you to get in touch for a custom quote. The page does not list prices.

DialSwarm publishes its prices. DialSwarm bills connected calls only, so unanswered dials don't count. You get 10 free calls with no card, and current plans are on the pricing page. Billing counts connected calls only. You get 10 free calls, no card.

If you want to know what you will pay before you talk to anyone, DialSwarm makes that easy.

Different jobs

Nooks' pricing page lists an AI Dialer with parallel dialing, AI answer detection, automated voicemail drops and a virtual sales floor with live listen-in and whisper coaching. Around that it adds AI Sequencing, which Nooks says replaces Outreach and Salesloft, plus buying signals, account research, AI coaching bots and data enrichment.

DialSwarm hands the first conversation to an AI agent. The agent calls your consented leads on a schedule with retries (Fast, Steady, Persistent or custom), never claims to be human, says it's an AI when asked, asks your qualifying questions and warm transfers ready people to a rep's phone. Voicemail rules, follow-up tasks, call history and opt-in recordings are included. Reps can listen in live and coach the agent mid call by typing or talking.

DialSwarm was created by salespeople for salespeople. It doesn't try to replace the rep. It does the tedious part so the rep gets hours of the day back. You can even copy your own voice, with spoken consent and admin approval, so the agent sounds like you.

Reception

DialSwarm also answers your line after hours or when you miss a call. It takes clear messages, flags urgent ones and learns your business from your website. You can forward missed calls from your cell to it.

Consent

The FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices under the TCPA, so you need prior express consent to call. DialSwarm only calls people who agreed to be called, never claims to be human and honors stop requests.
