DialSwarm vs Synthflow
Updated October 2026
Synthflow and DialSwarm both use AI voice agents to handle phone calls. Today they serve very different buyers. Synthflow's pricing page lists one plan, Enterprise, with contracts starting at $30,000 a year. DialSwarm is a self-serve AI SDR and AI reception product for salespeople and small teams, with published prices and 10 free calls to start.
All Synthflow details below come from its public pricing page, checked on October 17, 2026.
The short version
If you are a larger organization that wants a vendor to scope, build and run an enterprise voice AI deployment, Synthflow is set up for that. If you are a sales team that wants to start calling consented leads this week, pay only for connected calls and keep your reps in charge, DialSwarm fits better.

How they price
Enterprise contracts start at $30,000 a year. Final pricing is scoped around call volume, concurrency, telephony setup, integrations, security needs and launch support. The page lists enterprise SLA and support terms, MSA and DPA support, security review, and implementation through ongoing optimization.
DialSwarm publishes its prices. DialSwarm bills connected calls only, so unanswered dials don't count. You get 10 free calls with no card, and current plans are on the pricing page. Billing counts connected calls only, so unanswered dials cost nothing. You can try 10 calls for free with no card.
Setup and daily use
With Synthflow, setup is a project scoped with the vendor. Its page describes custom concurrency planning, routing, escalation paths, handoffs and fallback logic, plus testing, training and launch support.
With DialSwarm, you set things up yourself. Upload a lead list, choose a call schedule with retries (Fast, Steady, Persistent or custom), set voicemail rules and add your qualifying questions. The agent never claims to be human, says it's an AI when asked, asks your questions and warm transfers ready people to a rep's phone. Follow-up tasks, call history and opt-in recordings are built in. HubSpot sync, an API, webhooks and Zapier or Make for speed to lead are included.
Keeping people in the loop
DialSwarm was created by salespeople for salespeople. It is meant to take the tedious part of the day, not the rep's job. Reps can listen in live and coach the agent mid call by typing or talking. You can also copy your own voice, with spoken consent and admin approval, so the agent sounds like you.
Reception
DialSwarm answers your line after hours or when you miss a call. It takes clear messages, flags urgent ones and learns your business from your website. You can forward missed calls from your cell to it, which is useful for solo sellers and small offices.
Consent and compliance
The FCC confirmed in 2024 that AI-generated voices are artificial voices under the TCPA. That means prior express consent is required. DialSwarm only calls people who agreed to be called, never claims to be human and honors stop requests. Synthflow's enterprise plan includes data handling review and security review as part of the contract.
