Use the Compliance screen
The Compliance screen shows what DialSwarm enforces on every call and gives you a record you can hand to your lawyer.
At the top
- Leads with consent: how many leads have a ticked consent confirmation, out of all leads.
- Do Not Call list: how many numbers are on your list.
- Blocked, 30 days: dials that were stopped, and why.
- Company on consent: the company name used in your consent confirmations. Set it on Company & Products.
Enforced on every call
This card lists the rules: consent records saved with every lead and call, your Do Not Call list, stop calling means stop, calling hours of 8 am to 9 pm in the prospect's time zone, the agent saying it's an AI in its first words, the recording notice, and a real caller ID number. Consent gaps and calls outside 8 am to 9 pm don't stop the call. They add a yellow warning to it.
Download your record
- Optional: in Export range, pick From and To dates. Leave them blank for everything.

The file has one row per call and one row per blocked attempt.
Recent consent attestations
This table shows each time someone ticked the consent confirmation, by whom, how, and how many rows it covered.
Where to change things
