Follow-ups

Use Follow-ups

After each call, DialSwarm suggests the next step for that lead, so nothing slips. The Follow-ups screen lists them by due date.

Suggestions are made automatically after calls where the person was interested, asked for a callback, didn't answer, was busy, reached voicemail or a call screener, or the result wasn't clear. Calls where the person said no or asked not to be called get no suggestion. Each lead has one open suggestion at a time. A newer call replaces the older one.

  1. Go to Follow-ups.
  2. Read the note and the summary of the last call. Click the lead's name to open its full history.
  3. Pick what to do: - I'll do it: puts it on your own list. - Let the agent call: the lead goes back into its campaign and the agent calls again at the due time. - Snooze a day: moves the due date one day later. - Done: you handled it. - Dismiss: drop it.

Overdue items show the date in red. The Dashboard shows how many are due under Waiting on you.

Limits

  • Let the agent call only works for leads in a campaign, and not for anyone who asked not to be called or was a wrong number.
  • Follow-ups can't be assigned to a teammate, and the due date is set by DialSwarm. Use Snooze a day to push it back.
  • You can't create a follow-up by hand on this screen.
