Numbers

Manage your phone numbers

The Numbers screen holds the numbers your agents call from and Reception answers on. It also holds your do-not-call list.

Add a number

  1. Go to Numbers.
  2. In Add a number, enter the Number in +1 format, like +14155550100.
  3. Optional: add a Label, like Main line.
  4. Click Add number.

The number has to be a real number on DialSwarm's carrier account. You can't buy or port a number on this screen, and a number that isn't on that account can't be used. If you need one, email [email protected].

Plans and numbers

Your numbers card shows how many numbers your plan includes. Numbers are included from Basic up. On the Free plan, and until you add your own, calls go out from the Shared demo line. Extra numbers beyond your plan are a paid add-on, listed on the Billing screen.

Use a number

  • Campaigns: pick it under From number when you edit a campaign. Default (first number) uses the first number on this screen.
  • Reception: pick it under Number she answers.

To take a number off, click Remove.

Do-not-call list

The right side of this screen is your do-not-call list. See "Stop requests and do-not-call."
