Start with 10 free calls
Every new DialSwarm account starts on the Free plan with 10 free connected calls. You don't need a card to sign up.
- Go to dialswarm.com and click Start free.
- Enter Your name, Work email and a Password. If someone gave you a referral code, type it in Referral code (optional).
- Click Create my account. You land on the Dashboard.
- Work through the Get set up checklist on the Dashboard: Certify calling, Company and product, Create an agent, Add a number and Start a campaign. On the Free plan, calls go out from a shared demo line, so you don't need your own number to start.
How the free calls are counted
Only connected calls use them up. A connected call is one where a person answered and the conversation lasted at least 10 seconds. Voicemails, call screeners, no answers and busy signals don't count. The Dashboard shows how many you have used.
The free calls don't expire. The Free plan also caps dial attempts at five for each free call, so a list of numbers nobody answers can't run forever. When the free calls or the dial attempts are used up, choose a plan on the Billing screen to keep calling.
What uses a free call
A test call placed with Dial on the Agents screen is a real phone call. It counts like any other call if the person answers and talks for 10 seconds or more. Talking to your agent in the browser with Talk to it, or on the Voice Trainer, doesn't use your calls.
