Stop requests and do-not-call

Anyone can ask not to be called again, and DialSwarm stops calling them. You can also block numbers yourself.

When someone asks on a call

  1. The person says something like "stop calling" or "take me off your list."
  2. The agent confirms in one sentence and ends the call.
  3. The call's outcome shows as Do not call.
  4. The number goes on your do-not-call list automatically, marked Asked on a call.

These numbers show as Locked and can't be removed. If one was added by mistake, contact [email protected].

How far it reaches

Your do-not-call list covers your whole account: every campaign, test calls, leads from the API and leads from HubSpot. A number on the list is never dialed, even if you add it again. Follow-ups won't let the agent call that lead again either.

Add numbers yourself

  1. Go to Numbers.
  2. In the Do-not-call list card, type numbers in Numbers to never call, one per line or separated by commas.
  3. Click Add to do-not-call.

Numbers you add yourself can be taken off with Remove. Leads with these numbers that are waiting in a campaign are marked Skipped.

The Compliance screen shows how many numbers are on your list and how many dials were blocked in the last 30 days.
