Questions people ask
Do I need a card?
No. Every account starts with 10 free calls and no card. Sign up with a referral code and you start with 100.
What counts as a call?
Only connected calls. A call counts when a real person picks up and the call lasts at least 10 seconds. Dials nobody answers, busy lines, failed calls, call screeners and voicemails are free, so you only pay when the agent actually gets someone on the line.
Does it say it's AI?
If someone asks, yes. The agent introduces itself as an assistant (you can choose wording that says AI up front), never claims to be human, and when asked it says it's an AI and offers to connect the person with you.
Can it use my voice?
Yes, as an add-on for $15 a month per voice. You copy your own voice by reading a short script, or bring a voice you already made in ElevenLabs. You record a spoken consent line first.

Buy credits once you have an account: 500 extra connected calls for $90, 2,500 for $375 or 10,000 for $1,200. On Team, every rep's calls are pooled, so busy reps use what quiet reps don't. There's no surprise overage bill: when the included calls and credits run out, calling pauses until you add more.
What about do-not-call?
Anyone who asks to stop is added to your do-not-call list on the spot and never called again from your account. You can upload your own lists too. You're responsible for having consent to call the people on your lists.

Can I cancel anytime?
