Calls

View call history

The Calls screen lists your most recent calls, newest first, so you can see what happened on each one.

  1. Go to Calls.
  2. To narrow the list, pick an outcome from the All outcomes list, such as Interested, Voicemail or No answer.
  3. Click a row to open the call.

The list

Each row shows Time, Lead, Agent, Campaign, Outcome, Talk and Engine. The Campaign column shows Test call for calls you placed from the Agents screen, and Reception for calls your after-hours assistant answered. A Rec tag means the call has a recording. The list updates by itself when a call ends.

An open call

The call shows its outcome, then Lead, To, From, Started, Answered, Ended and Talk time. Below that you'll see any warnings, the Recording if there is one, a Summary and the full Transcript.

Finding one person

The Calls screen has no search box. To find every call to one person, go to Leads, search by name, company or phone, and open the lead. Its Call history lists every call to that number.

The Dashboard's Recent calls card also opens calls the same way.
