Calls

Listen to call recordings

Recordings are off until you turn them on. Every call is transcribed either way, but audio is only saved when you ask for it.

Turn recordings on

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In Recording and transcription notice, make sure Tell people the call is transcribed and may be recorded (recommended) is ticked.
  3. Tick Save call recordings so I can play them in Calls and Leads (needs the notice on).
  4. Click Save.

Recordings start with the next call. Calls made before you turned them on have no audio. If you untick the notice, recordings turn off too, because the agent no longer tells people the call may be recorded.

Play a recording

  • Calls: calls with audio show a Rec tag. Click the row and press play under Recording.
  • Leads: open a lead. Each call in its Call history has a player.
  • Reception: messages your after-hours assistant took have a player, when recordings are on.

There is no download button in the portal.

Many states require everyone on a call to know it's recorded or transcribed. Keep the notice on, and follow the consent rules where you and your leads are.
