Speed to lead with Zapier or Make

Use Zapier or Make to send each new form lead to DialSwarm as it comes in, so your agent can call fast. You connect them with an API key and the DialSwarm API, using your tool's webhook or HTTP step.

1. Create an API key on the Integrations screen. See "Create an API key."
2. Create a campaign for these leads, pick the agent and a calling window, and click Start. Leads only get called while the campaign is running.
3. In Zapier or Make, start an automation that runs when someone fills out your form.
4. Add a step that sends a POST to https://dialswarm.com/api/v1/leads with the header Authorization set to Bearer and your key.
5. Send JSON with phone, and name and company if you have them. Add campaign_name or campaign_id so the lead lands in your campaign.
6. Add the consent details from the form: consent_source (like Web form on your site), consent_date and consent_business_name.
7. Test it with your own details, then turn the automation on.

Good to know

• If you leave out the campaign, the lead goes into a campaign called API leads, made with your first agent. It's created as a draft, so start it on the Campaigns screen.
• The agent calls new leads at the campaign's pace and only inside its calling window, in the lead's own time zone.
• To send call results back to your tools, subscribe to call.completed. See "Set up webhooks."

Only send leads who agreed to be called by your business.
