Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026 · AutoSDR by DialSwarm

This policy explains how DialSwarm ("we", "the Service") handles information. By using the Service you agree to this policy. This is not legal advice.

Information we collect

Account data (email, username, password hash, plan, role, entitlements, consent timestamps). Company and product details you enter. Lead data you upload or type (names, phone numbers, notes). Call data — recordings, transcripts, Twilio call SIDs, timing and outcomes. Payment notes you send us. Basic technical logs (IP, timestamps) for security and abuse-prevention.

How we use it

To operate the Service: authenticate you, place the calls you initiate, meter usage, store transcripts and recordings for your review, enforce free-trial limits, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Call recordings & transcripts

Calls may be recorded (ElevenLabs conversation audio and/or Twilio recording SIDs/URLs when available) and transcribed. You are responsible for providing any legally required notice of recording to recipients and for complying with one-party and all-party consent laws. See Terms and Voice Consent.

Service providers

We use third-party infrastructure including a telephony provider (Twilio) and a voice-AI provider (ElevenLabs). These providers process call audio and metadata on our behalf under their own terms.

Data retention

We keep account and call data while your account is active. You can request deletion by contacting us; we will delete it except where we must retain records to comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.

California / CCPA-ish basics

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. To exercise access or deletion requests, email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

Your choices

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data by contacting us. You may close your account at any time. Consent timestamps (Terms, Privacy, Recording) are stored on your user record.

Children's privacy

The Service is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Voice cloning

Custom voice cloning requires documented consent from the voice owner. See Voice Consent & Release.
