By accepting this page in DialSwarm (signup, login, or before a call), you acknowledge the following. This is not legal advice.
Calls may use an artificial, prerecorded, or cloned voice. You are responsible for disclosing to recipients, where required, that they may be speaking with an AI agent or hearing a voice clone.
You confirm you have consent (or another lawful basis) to call each number you dial, will honor Do Not Call requests, and will not use DialSwarm for unlawful telemarketing or spam.
1. A signed release from the voice owner authorizing creation and use of an AI clone of their voice for outbound calling on your account.
2. A consent voice sample recorded by that person, in which they state their name and that they consent to the voice clone.
3. Your certification that the person is an adult, is an employee or authorized representative of your business, and may withdraw consent at any time.
We verify the release and sample during onboarding when cloning is enabled. We do not clone public figures or non-consenting individuals.
Contact [email protected] to withdraw voice-clone consent or request deletion of recordings where feasible.
Product checkboxes store acceptance timestamps on your account. They do not replace advice from a qualified attorney.
