Reception

Add your job title and website

Your job title and website help Reception introduce you and answer callers' questions. Both are optional.

  1. Go to Reception.
  2. In Job title (optional), enter your title, like Owner.
  3. In Website (optional), enter your site, like yourcompany.com.
  4. Click Save.

What the job title does

She says it in her greeting. With a title, she answers with your name, your title and your company. Without one, she says they've reached your desk at your company.

What the website does

When you save a new website, DialSwarm reads that page so she can answer questions from it. It reads the one page you enter, so if your prices or services are on another page, enter that page or paste the details into Info she can use to answer callers.

It reads the site again only when you change the address. If you update your site and want her to pick up the changes, clear the box and save, then enter it again and save. Clearing the box and saving removes what she learned from it.

This is separate from Fill from my website on Company & Products. It doesn't change your company or product details, and that button doesn't change Reception.
