Set a calling window

The calling window sets the hours a campaign may call. It always uses the prospect's local time, worked out from their area code.

  1. Go to Campaigns and open your campaign.
  2. Set Calling window start (prospect time) and Calling window end.
  3. Click Save campaign.

How it works

  • Campaigns call on weekdays only. There is no setting for weekends.
  • The times are in each prospect's own time zone, not yours, so a 9 to 5 window means 9 to 5 where each lead lives. There is no account time zone to set.
  • A lead whose local time is outside the window stays in the queue and gets called when their window opens.
  • If DialSwarm can't tell a lead's time zone from the area code, the window isn't checked for that lead.

Legal calling hours

Keep your window inside 8 am to 9 pm. Every call is also checked against 8 am to 9 pm in the prospect's time zone. A call outside those hours gets a yellow warning on the call and in your compliance record. See the Compliance screen for the full list of checks.

Pick hours when your leads expect business calls and your reps are free to take warm transfers.
