Build a custom call schedule

Use a custom schedule when Fast, Steady and Persistent don't fit. You type the wait after each try nobody picks up.

  1. Go to Campaigns and open your campaign.
  2. In Call schedule, pick Custom schedule.
  3. In Waits between tries, type your waits separated by commas, like 4h, 1d, 3d. Use m for minutes, h for hours and d for days.
  4. Click Save campaign.

Rules for the waits

  • You can enter up to 5 waits. That's 6 calls in all.
  • Each wait must be between 15 minutes and 14 days.
  • The number of calls is always one more than the number of waits. So 4h, 1d, 3d means four calls.
  • If a wait ends outside the calling window, the call waits until the window opens.

If you type something DialSwarm can't read, saving shows an error with the right format.

Same gap every time

If you want the same wait between every try, pick Same gap every time instead. Then set Max attempts (per lead, counting no answers and voicemails) and Retry after (minutes), which must be at least 15.
