Set calls per hour

Calls per hour sets how fast a campaign dials. Concurrency sets how many calls can run at the same time.

  1. Go to Campaigns and open your campaign.
  2. In Settings, enter a number in Calls per hour. You can pick anything from 1 to 120.
  3. Enter a number in Concurrency. The help text under the box shows how many calls at a time your plan allows.
  4. Click Save campaign.

How the pace works

DialSwarm spreads the calls evenly across the hour, so it looks like a person dialing rather than a burst of calls. A new call only starts when the gap has passed and fewer than your Concurrency limit are already on the line.

The pace is a ceiling, not a promise. A campaign dials less often when it's outside the calling window, when leads are waiting for their next try, or when the list runs out.

Choosing a number

Start lower if your reps need time to take warm transfers, then raise it once you see how calls go. You can change it while the campaign runs. The Campaigns list shows each campaign's pace next to its calling window.
