Add leads with a list or CSV

You add leads by pasting them into the campaign. There is no file upload: open your CSV in a spreadsheet or text editor and copy the text.

  1. Go to Campaigns and open the campaign.
  2. In the Leads card, fill in the consent details if you have them: Where they agreed to be called, Date they agreed and Business they agreed to hear from. These fill in any row that doesn't have its own.
  3. Tick the consent confirmation if it applies to everyone on the list.
  4. Paste your leads into the box. Either one phone number per line, or a CSV with a header row.
  5. Click Add leads.

CSV columns

Use a header row with name, phone, company, title and notes. You can add consent_source, consent_date and consent_business_name for each person. A phone column is the only must. There is no column matching step, so use those header names. Write numbers in +1 format, like +14155551234.

On the Free plan, paste one number per line. CSV with a header row is included from Basic up.

After you add them

A message shows how many were added, how many were duplicates already in the campaign, and how many were rejected. Rejected rows are listed with the reason, such as Not a valid phone number.

The leads table shows each lead's Consent, Status, Attempts and Last outcome. Consent shows Not recorded when the confirmation box wasn't ticked. Those leads are still called, but each call gets a yellow warning. Numbers on your do-not-call list are never dialed. Click Remove to take a lead out.

Only add people who agreed to be called by your business.
