Campaigns
Create a campaign
A campaign is one agent calling one list. It controls who gets called, how fast, and when.
- Go to Campaigns and click New campaign. You need an agent first.
- In Settings, enter a Name and pick the Agent.
- Pick a From number. Default (first number) uses the first number on your Numbers screen.
- Set Calls per hour and Concurrency (calls at the same time).
- Set the Calling window start (prospect time) and Calling window end.
- Pick a Call schedule and a Voicemail rule.
- Click Create campaign. The page reloads with a Leads card.
- Add your leads. See "Add leads with a list or CSV."
- Click Start. Calls go out only inside the calling window.
Running a campaign
- Start works once the campaign has leads waiting. Pause stops new dials. Archive stops dialing and moves it to the archived list at the bottom of Campaigns.
- You can change settings any time, even while it runs. Click Save campaign.
- Reset attempts puts every lead that isn't mid-call back in the queue.
- When every lead is done, the campaign shows Completed.
- A campaign pauses itself if its agent is deleted, if your plan's call limit is reached, or after three failed dials in a row. The Live console shows why.
Your plan sets how many campaigns you can have. Only add leads who agreed to be called by your business.
